The purpose of the Minority Business Expo 2007 is to bring exposure to all small businesses and entrepreneurs which seldom get an opportunity to showcase their business to the broader public. The Minority Business Expo 2007 was conceived by Roy R. Dillard to empower many small businesses whose time has come. Finally, the Small Business Expo 2007 is designed as an opportunity to network, share creative talents and empowerment through cooperative ventures.
